During our time together, we will get to the root cause of what is contributing to your health concerns and focus forward as we bring your body back in to balance so recovery and optimal health can occur. We will review your past health history and treatments to look for potential underlying concerns. We will work on lifestyle habits to manage stress, incorporate healthy foods that heal your gut, and easy recipes, but no diets! We will work on removing the most harmful toxins that may be lurking in your kitchen or bathroom that can be hindering your health journey. We will discuss exercise and how you can fit this into your daily schedule. We will also talk about supplements and whether or not you need them on a daily basis. Labs are optional but can be reviewed and labs may be recommended to achieve optimal levels of key nutrients your body needs.
